Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority in your country if it is higher.
• You may use the Site only where this is allowed by the laws that apply to you. Checking them is your responsibility; we may restrict access from some countries.
• One account per person. You sign in only with your own Steam account; accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

• The account is created at your first Steam sign-in. From Steam we receive your SteamID, public nickname and avatar — never your password.
• You are responsible for the security of your Steam account and for everything done from your session on the Site.
• To withdraw items you need a valid Steam trade link, a Steam account without trade restrictions and Steam Guard enabled.

• The balance on the Site is kept in internal units (“ROSHUP gold”). It is not money, a bank deposit or electronic money, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The balance can be used only on the Site: to buy items in the Site’s shop and as part of the stake in an upgrade.
• Deposits are made with the payment methods shown in the deposit window; payment providers may charge their own fees.
• Bonuses and promo codes are credited under the conditions shown when you activate them — one activation per account unless stated otherwise.

• An upgrade is an exchange: you choose items from your Site inventory (and, if you wish, part of your balance) and a target item. The exact chance of receiving the target is shown before you confirm.
• The result is decided on our server by a cryptographically secure random number generator at the moment you confirm. Neither you, nor we, nor other players can influence it. Previous results do not affect the next ones.
• If the upgrade succeeds, the target item is added to your Site inventory. If it fails, the items and balance you staked are lost and are not returned.
• Confirmed upgrades are final and cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a proven technical error on our side.

• Items in your Site inventory can be sold back to the Site for balance at the rate shown on the Site, or withdrawn to your Steam account.
• Withdrawals are delivered by our item supplier through Steam trade offers. Delivery time depends on Steam and on the market. If an item cannot be delivered (for example, it is no longer available), we may offer a comparable item or return its value to your balance.
• Prices are based on current market data and may change at any time.

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or other automation;
• create several accounts, or use fake or other people’s accounts;
• exploit bugs and errors of the Site (please report them to support instead);
• commit fraud, make chargebacks, use other people’s payment methods or launder money;
• try to disrupt the Site or bypass its security;
• abuse bonuses and promo codes;
• insult or harass staff and other players.

Violations may lead to cancellation of the related operations, removal of bonuses, and suspension or closure of the account.

• We may suspend or close an account if we suspect a breach of these Terms or fraud, or when the law requires it. Where the law and the situation allow, we will explain the reason and return the balance and items obtained legitimately.
• You can ask support to close your account at any time.

• Upgrades are entertainment with a real chance to lose. Never stake more than you can afford to lose, and do not treat the Site as a way to earn money.
• If you want to take a break, write to support and we will block your account for the period you choose.
• If you feel you are losing control, stop playing and reach out to a local support service for people with gambling problems.

• ROSHUP is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Dota 2, Steam and in-game item images are trademarks and/or property of Valve Corporation.
• The design, code and brand of the Site belong to their owners and may not be copied without permission.

• The Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for failures of Steam, payment providers or other third parties.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the balance and items in your account.

We may update these Terms; the date of the current version is shown at the top. At sign-in you accept the version in force at that moment.
